The Riva 130 Bellissima, a 2022 launch, has swiftly become a hallmark of luxury yachting, captivating enthusiasts with its full-wide body design, expansive outdoor spaces, and elegant styling. This 39.6-meter flybridge superyacht, with a 7.87-meter beam and a planing hull under 300 GT, sets a new standard for tri-deck design. As the flagship of Riva’s flybridge range, the 130 Bellissima is a testament to the ongoing collaboration between Riva and Officina Italiana Design, led by Mauro Micheli. Its unique design, broad beam, and three decks offer abundant living space, while its planing hull ensures efficiency and agility. A highlight at the 2022 and 2023 Monaco Yacht Shows, the Riva 130 Bellissima is a compelling investment for any discerning yacht owner.
#1: Maximizing Space: The Full-Wide Body Advantage
The 130 Bellissima introduces a full-wide body design across three decks, significantly increasing interior volume. Compared to the 110 Dolcevita, the Bellissima offers six additional meters in length, an extra deck, and 81 GT of increased volume. This design maximizes the yacht’s nearly eight-meter beam, creating spacious interiors. The master suite, located forward on the main deck, offers panoramic views and privacy. The lower deck houses four ensuite staterooms, connected by a central lobby. The main saloon benefits from soaring ceilings, enhancing the sense of space.
#2: Timeless Design: Riva’s Signature Style Evolved
Mauro Micheli’s design blends sporty, sleek, and slender lines, reflecting Riva’s heritage. The 130 Bellissima features signature lines, a hallmark of Riva’s minimalist aesthetic. The exterior combines glass, steel, and carbon fiber, with a unique counter-curvature windshield. Hull windows follow a sleek black line, enhancing the yacht’s profile. Expansive glazed surfaces flood interiors with natural light. Full-glass fashion plates enhance aerodynamics, while carbon fiber accents and a sporty hardtop add contemporary flair.
#3: Outdoor Living Redefined: The Bellissima Experience
The 130 Bellissima introduces a reimagined aft design, opening directly to the water, creating a 60-square-meter beach club and cockpit. The port hull side houses a garage for water toys. The owner’s private retreat forward features a lounge and sun pad. The upper deck’s aft section offers dining for ten, with private balconies. The sundeck, with a hardtop, provides ample space for relaxation. Powered by twin MTU engines, the Riva 130 Bellissima achieves 22.5 knots top speed and 20 knots cruising speed, blending performance with luxurious outdoor living.
